Mental Health Week 2025
Club 90 invites you to come to our events for Mental Health Week.

each year 1 in 5 Canadians experience a mental illness or mental health
issue, 1 in 5 of us – that's all people – have mental health issues.
This year's theme for Mental Health Week is Unmasking Mental Health. All activities take place at Club 90.
