Annual General Meeting
The
North Shore Community Support Services, Inc. holds an Annual General
Meeting to present financial and operations reports and
review business during the last year, as well as to elect members to
the Board of Directors.
The North Shore Community Support Services, Inc. Annual General Meeting
(AGM) takes place in spring of every year - at the end of May or June.
During the AGM, the executive presents reports on the operations,
summary of events during the last year, financial statements and
reports during the last year and give updates on new staff and
projects. The new members for the Board of Directors are elected and
appointed for the upcoming term.

There are also presentations and reports on completed projects to
improve the operations and improve services for the members of the
NSCSS / Club 90. Lunch is provided and there are fun activities during
the afternoon.

Annual General Meeting Program and Annual Report for 2021-2022
The
2022 Annual General Meeting took place virtually on Tuesday, September
27, 2022. The agenda included Financial and administrative
reports for 2021/2022, Executive Director's report for 2021/2022, and
appointing auditors for 2022/2023 will be presented.. A new Board of
Directors was elected for 2022/2023.
