About the Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement
The SAA enables the LHIN to provide funding to the HSP for the provision of services. It supports a collaborative relationship between the LHIN and the HSP to improve the health of Ontarians through better access to high quality health services, to co-ordinate health care in local health systems and to manage the health system at the local level effectively and efficiently.

The Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 requires that the LHIN and the HSP enter into a
service accountability agreement (“SAA”). We have copies of the Multi-Service Sector Accountability Agreement document and the MSAA Declaration of Compliance and Insurance document available for review.
About the Customer Service Accessibility Policy
The Accessibility for Ontarians With Disability Act and its regulations like the Accessibility Standards for Customer Services in Ontario require NSCSS and Club 90 to provide facilities and services accessible to all individuals including those with special needs. NSCSS has adopted a policy of making its services and facilities to people with special needs and applies to all employees, volunteers, agents and contractors dealing with the public or other third parties acting on behalf of the North Shore Community Support Services, Inc.
